TIG WELDERS! We’re expecting strong growth this year!!! Our growing aviation company in Eagan, MN has a need for 2-3 Tig Welders with World Class potential. Aerospace Welding & Manufacturing manufactures aircraft parts for several aircraft OEMs. We also have the largest FAA certified repair station specializing in new & overhauled exhaust & engine mount parts. The basic function of a Tig Welder is to weld & fabricate very thin .020 stainless steel & aluminum into engine mounts & exhaust systems reporting to the Production Manager. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in manual Tig welding of thin metal or technical college training. Aviation experience preferred. Applicants must be able to work first shift with overtime & fit well into the work cell & lean manufacturing processes. The starting wage is $17-19/hr for 1 year of strong tig welding experience or technical college plus a complete benefit package. More experienced applicants could reach up to $21/hr. Aerospace Welding & Manufacturing manufactures aircraft parts for several aircraft OEMs. We also have the largest FAA certified repair station specializing in new & overhauled exhaust & engine mount parts. Our company is in need of an inventory control lead with previous experience in manufacturing ERP/MRP software required preferably with Epicor Vantage/Vista. Must have a strong work ethic. Duties include receiving & identification of piece parts and raw materials & shipping of finished parts and inventory control & planning. Aviation experience is preferred. Applicants must be able to work first shift with overtime & fit well into the work cell & lean manufacturing processes.
