AWI TERMS - PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATON

Our preferred payment method is credit card. Open account (with approved credit application). Wire transfer. Our shipping department takes pride in ensuring that your parts are packed securely to ensure they arrive undamaged. We prefer to ship all parts via UPS, however, if another carrier best meets your needs we will gladly ship with that carrier using your account number. Engine mounts are generally shipped via truck line unless they are within UPS packaging dimensions. You may also provide your UPS, FEDEX, or other freight carrier account number as a shipping method.

DELIVERY TIME

Most AWI Online shipments arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders placed before 4pm CT Monday through Friday (except US holidays) are processed that day and orders placed after 4:30pm CST will be processed the next business day.

WHERE WE SHIP

At this time, AWI Online ships to addresses in the 50 United States. AWI Online will ship orders to foreign countries, please call 1-800-597-4315 or email info@awi-ami.com for details.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If your order is shipped via UPS/FEDEX you will receive a tracking number via email for your package once it has shipped. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including pick-up time, when your package was scanned into a UPS/FEDEX distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.

INCLEMENT WEATHER ADVISORY

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please check directly with the delivery carrier (UPS, FEDEX or USPS) for your order if your package has been delayed. AWI is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions.

AWI CORE POLICY

When applicable to an exchange sale, the core deposit is to be paid along with the part price at the time of the purchase. Please promptly return your core to AWI. Once your core has be received, your core credit will be processed on the 1st or 15th of the month.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return within 30 days of the invoice date unused or uninstalled item(s) from your online order to AWI for a full refund.

Prior to sending any parts back to AWI, call us at 800.597.4315 and we'll issue a Return Goods Authorization. Please ensure the item you are returning is packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Goods returned to AWI damaged in shipping will not receive full credit. Please include a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the return shipment.

AWI WARRANTY

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "AWI") warrant their new and overhaul aircraft exhaust and engine mount parts against workmanship defects under conditions of ordinary use and service for a period of one year with unlimited hours of use during this period. The warranty begins at the time of sale. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been installed improperly subject to misuse and neglect or has been damaged by an accident or other means or to any product which has been altered, mutilated, or repaired outside the authority granted by AWI. This warranty is transferable and valid on the originally installed aircraft only. AWI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE WARRANTIES MENTIONED ABOVE. Any part that is under consideration of a warranty repair must be returned to AWI's Minneapolis facility. AWI shall be the sole judge of defects in return of products. No products shall be returned to AWI without a written statement thoroughly describing the nature of the warranty issue and the Serviceability Part Tag (8130-3) and original work order must be returned with the part. All warranty returned items must be shipped via an Approved AWI carrier using AWI's shipping account number or no warranty consideration will be allowed for the shipping expenses. AWI will not be responsible for any labor time involved in the installation or removal of the part under warranty consideration.
